While it opens with the Class 1-A heroes-in-training, the second half features the pro heroes in action, including the likes of Mirko, Hawks, Present Mic, Mt. Lady, and Endeavor. As the season will feature a war between the heroes and villains, members of the League of Villains were also showcased in the trailer. Aside from featuring dialogue by Tomura Shigaraki, the video also shows snippets of Dabi, Himiko Toga, Twice, Spinner, Mr. Compress, and Gigantomachia. The show’s opening song is entitled “Hitamuki” by the Japanese rock band, SUPER BEAVER. The band also performed the second opening song of Haikyuu!! To The Top (aka Haikyuu Season 4). While it wasn’t previewed in the trailer, it was announced previously that the show’s ending theme song is “SKETCH” by Kiro Akiyama, a Japanese singer who also performed the opening song of The Promised Neverland Season 2. My Hero Academia (Boku no Hero Academia in Japanese) is an anime series by Studio Bones that’s based on the manga of the same name by Kohei Horikoshi. The ongoing manga has been serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump since July 2014. As for the anime, it began with the release of the 13-episode first season in 2016. Thanks to its success, the series has since been renewed for multiple seasons, with each new season getting 25 episodes. The latest season adapts the Paranormal Liberation War arc of the manga which is considered by fans to be one of the biggest of the series as it follows the all-out war between the pro heroes and the Paranormal Liberation Front. My Hero Academia Season 6 will premiere in Japan on October 1, 2022. It is also confirmed that Crunchyroll will stream each episode following their Japanese release.
