Based on this new footage, it looks like the upcoming series will deliver the glory of Game of Thrones during its heyday and there are a lot of shots that are reminiscent of the parent series. Of course, it remains to be seen whether this series will deliver the same success and quality when it premieres next month.
The main cast includes Paddy Considine, Matt Smith, Olivia Cooke, Emma D’Arcy, Steve Toussaint, Eve Best, Fabien Frankel, Sonoya Mizuno, and Rhys Ifans.
George R.R. Martin and Ryan Condal created the series and serve as executive producers alongside director Miguel Sapochnik, Sara Hess, Jocelyn Diaz, Vince Gerardis, and Ron Schmidt. Clare Kilner, Geeta V. Patel, and Greg Yaitnes directed episodes of the first season. The series is based on Martin’s Fire & Blood novel.
