Befitting its 10th anniversary, 10 DanMachi projects will be announced. Of the 10, six have already been revealed as of this article’s writing.
DanMachi 10th Anniversary
DanMachi or Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? began as a light novel series back in January 2013. Since then, the franchise has expanded with an anime adaptation, spin-offs, games, and more. Despite being nearly 10 years old, the series continues to be a popular fantasy series. Aside from the light novel series that’s ongoing, the TV anime adaptation is also going strong. The anime’s fourth season aired in the Summer 2022 season and will continue this January. Of the 10th anniversary announcements, the highlight is no doubt the new light novel volumes. Volume 18 of the main light novel series will be released on January 24, 2023. Meanwhile, volumes for its light novel spin-off entitled Sword Oratoria will also get new releases in February and March. Fans will also be treated to a new game as an upcoming mobile RPG will also be launched in Spring 2023. This game is entitled Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? All 10th Anniversary Projects
Here are the six DanMachi 10th-anniversary projects that have been announced so far: Along with these upcoming projects, a new trailer for Season 4’s continuation this January was also shared on the official Warner Bros. Japan Anime YouTube channel. This trailer specifically previews the first episode of Season 4’s Part 2.
